1) Never attend meeting or seminars with a notebook and pen. Remembering each point word for word can be very difficult and you may miss out on important and relevant info. Ensure that you take notes and wait your turn before you speak.

2) No organisations likes shabbily dressed employees. Ensure that you shave regularly and avoid strong perfumes and scents. Never wear revealing clothes to work. It is important to dress appropriately. Tattoos and piercings are a no-no in the corporate world unless otherwise stated by your company. Females should avoid wearing heavy jewellery to work.
