1. Utilizing empathy
Utilizing empathy is the simplest way to deal with a rude client. If you are aware of why they are rude/unhappy, its the best way to disarm the situation. It shows what they expect form you and how to come up with a solution.
2. Tone is important Breathe slowly and speak at a slower pace that normal. Do not give into the temptation of shouting just to be heard.
3. Be respectful at all times As the business owner, your actions directly impact the reputation of your brand. Be the epitome of professionalism.
